"Kawasaki Fatigue Damage Senor" which is smaller than a fingertip, as well as
other ship-related services such as engine monitoring systems, cargo/engine simulators,
and engineering consultation. The fatigue sensor has been applied to various steel
structures under fluctuating loads, such as road bridges, rail bridges, factory cranes,
ships, earth moving machines and so on. That very smallsize sensor allows to detect
the concentrated stress around welding so as to obtain more accurate fatigue life
than with other type of sensors. The fatigue sensor contributes to a low-cost maintenace
programme, since it does not need any wiring or any measurement instrument.
Partners Limited was established in January 2006 as an fully
affiliated company of Kawasaki Shipbuilding Corporation.
