Description: Our factory is specialized in manufacturing oil drilling tools in China. As the professional oil drilling tools manufacturer, we have manufacured stabilizers, drill collars and drill pipes for ten years. The stabilizers we manufacure are integral spiral blade stabilizer, replaceable sleeve stabilizer, integral straight rib Stabilizer and the drill collars we manufacture are spiral drill collar, slick drill collar and non mag drill collar. We also manufacture drill pipes like heavy weight drill pipe. The material we manufacture stabilizer, drill collar and drill pipe is AISI 4145 H or AISI 4145 H Modifield Alloy Steel. Heat treated to 285-341 Brinell Hardness and 54 Joules minimum impact value. All physical properties would be guaranteed 1" below the surface. All threads are produced in accordance with API.All the petroleum drilling tools are under the test of ultrasonics.
