Description: We have developed a full range of sampling systems right from 801-AP to centralized sampling
system with refrigeration and PC interfacing software. We designed and supply any type customer oriented
sampling systems. We can also supply centralized sampling systems for collection of sample at one location of
different sampling point.
There are three basic types of samplers. First type is composite sampler with one 10 liter container, for analysis
the sample once in a day. Second type is composite sampler with three 5 liter containers for analysis the sample
of each shift. Third type is 24 / 12 bottle sampler for 24 / 12 hours sample collection. If your process is very
critical and you want to monitor effluent contain products and you want each sample to be analysis then the
each sample has to be collected in different bottle. We called as a discrete sample it is available in 24 bottle
model for that you have to go for discrete sampler.
Also we made customer orient sampling systems. All above system parameters and specification are so
designed that proves it higher and more user friendly then other manufacturers in the same range like Isco,
American Sigma, Watson Marlow, Cole Palmer, Pharmacia Fine Sweden, Master Flex with nearly lower
then 25 to 40 % price and backed with better service support services since 1980.
IU 801 AP is composite sampler. It can collect the sample from open trench / channels, even from the depth
of 25 feet without any sort of priming. Select sampling volume and sampling cycle of 15,30,60 or 120 minutes.
Auto purging systems.
IU 801 AP real time. You can select number of samples / batch (up to 100), sample volume, batch start time,
batch end time (real time based user programmable). Also it has facility to take sample 8 sample on real time base.

IU 802 AP 1 - 3 with 1 line and 3 collection carboy of 5 liter each / batch i.e. shift wise collection of sample. You can select no of
samples / batch (up to 20), sample volume, batch start time, batch end time (real time based user programmable).
Also it has facility to take sample 8 sample on real time base. This helps precise monitoring of products / effluent in

IU 801 HP is composite sampler. It can collect effluent samples from pressurized pipe or vessel up to 5Kg pressure or having
very high head. Select sampling volume and sampling cycle of 15,30,60 or 120 minutes.
You can select no of samples / batch (up to 100), sample volume, batch start time, batch end time
(real time based user programmable). Also it has facility to take sample 8 sample on real time base.
IU 801 HP 1 - 3 with 1 line and 3 collection carboy of 5 liter each / batch i.e. shift wise collection of sample. You can select no

Also it has facility to take sample 8 sample on real time base. This helps precise monitoring of products / effluent

IU 802 APD is available for header and trench, with optionally different sampling mode. It is an intelligent discrete 12/ 24 sampler
designed specially for collecting discrete samples of effluent at pre-determined interval in individual bottles.
This helps precise monitoring of products / effluent at different time. You can select no of samples / batch (up to 600),
sample volume, batch start time, batch end time, programmable Flow rate for trench. (10 to 100 ml / minute
in uniform & non uniform mode).
Auto Purging Systems:
- Uniform Sampling Mode: In which you can get samples on uniform time duration (user programmable) from batch start time (user programmable) up to batch end time.
- Non Uniform Sampling Mode: In this mode you can take samples at pre determine time (real time based user programmable).
- Flow Proportional mode: In this mode sampling volume is in proportion with flow. (Flow meter input required)
Centralized multi point sampling system.
The unit consists of two control systems IU 802 AP 1- 3 and IU 802 HP 3 - 3 refrigeration systems, 12 sample
container of 5 liter carboy, sample distribution solenoid vales, sample flushing solenoid valves and peristaltic
sampling pump house temperature sensor for incoming sampling line, house in a sturdy industrial M S box with
powder coating cabinet and Refrigeration compartment with in S S. It also designed with the computer in RS 485
connectivity and software for temperature data and parameter updating from computer. The unit also has facility
of humanization of collected sample.
IU 201 APF is flame proof composite sampler. It can collect the sample from open trench / channels, even from the depth
of 25 feet without any sort of priming. Select sampling volume and sampling cycle of 15,30,60 or 120 minutes.
Auto purging systems. It is a Flameproof version of model IU 801 AP. (First time in India we got approval for
flame proof sampler).
All above units are available optionally with refrigerated compartment for collected samples which keeps the
sample at 4 +/- 1 degree C specifically for VOC, COD/BOD requirement. Also above units are available
optionally with battery operated systems for remote sampling or where power supply is not stable.
It is designed for more then 36 hours of sampling without power and system is designed with inbuilt intelligent
charging systems for better battery life.
